Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Decorly.in.

Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Decorly.in a licence to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform. You must not post content you don't own or that violates others' rights.

Prohibited Content

You may not post: illegal content, hate speech, harassment, spam, adult content, content that infringes copyright, or anything that violates Indian law.

Designer Listings

Designers are independent professionals. Decorly.in is a platform for discovery and connection — we do not employ designers or guarantee the quality of their work.

Intellectual Property

Decorly.in's brand, design, and code are our property. Do not copy or reproduce without permission.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Decorly.in is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
